The Job 

AstheCustomerandMarketInsight Manager in the Product Team,youwill be passionate about understanding our customers and market dynamics. Your role willcentreon uncoveringmarket trends,competitor landscapesand our customer profileto inform strategic decisions across cities,regionsand new territories.In a fast-paced environment where data, strategy, and innovation intersect, you will deliver insights that drive business growth and inspire action. Theultimate goalis for you to empower the organisation with knowledge that shapes meaningfulcustomerexperiences and sharpens our competitive edge. 


Key Responsibilitieswill include: 

  • Develop andmaintaina comprehensive understanding of ourguestbase, including demographics, psychographics, customer preferences, andguestfeedback. 

  • Inform marketing, product development, andguestexperience strategies. 

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data on industry insights,customerbehaviour, technology trends, and seasonal patterns.  

  • Provide actionable recommendations tothe Businessto keep Red Engine competitive and aligned with evolvingguestexpectations. 

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking,identifydifferentiationopportunities, and learn from industry leaders. 

  • Refine our unique value propositiontomaintainaleadership position in the market. 

  • Develop and oversee the New Venue Openings intelligence framework to evaluatecities,regionsand new territories. 

  • Analyse local demographics, location factors, regulatory environment, and community integration opportunities.  

  • Establish a consistentapproach to each city to ensure successful launches and sustainable growth in diverse markets. 


To be successful in this role,you’ll: 

  • Have extensiveexperience in a similar rolefrom adynamic,customer-focused organisation. 

  • Have strongproficiencyin data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools, e.g.Excel,Power BI. 

  • Demonstrate a deepunderstanding of market research techniques, customer segmentation, and trend analysis. 

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Have extensive experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related fieldwould be an advantage
