CRM Business Analyst - Perm


Hybrid role (3 days in the office)


Our Multinational Software client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages.


Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their Sales/CRM requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business needs.

Analyse existing processes and systems to identify pain points and areas for improvement.


Documentation:

Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).

Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to illustrate requirements.

Maintain version control and ensure proper documentation management.


Requirements Analysis:

  • Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify feasible solutions.


Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve conflicts and ensure clarity in requirements.


Solution Design Support:

Collaborate with solution architects and designers to develop the Sales system's functional design.

Ensure that the proposed solution meets business requirements.


Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst. It is essential that you have wide experience of being the analyst for business systems changes.

It will be strongly beneficial if you have been the business analyst responsible for the implementation of one or more of the following Sales workstreams:

Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management

Configure, price, quote (CPQ) especially pricing and quoting

Customer relationship management (CRM)

Sales enablement: including the use of machine learning and generative AI

Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc

  • You are likely to have experience of implementing one or more of the following platforms:
  • Microsoft D365 Sales Cloud, CPQ
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
