Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Mid-Level Conversational Designer with experience in prompt design to create engaging, intuitive, and effective conversational voice and chat experiences. The ideal candidate will combine creative problem solving with a degree of technical understanding to craft dialogues that feel natural and accomplish user goals efficiently.

You have

• 1-3 years of experience in conversational design, UX writing, or related field
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI principles
• Knowledge of User Experience Design principles
• Interest in prompt engineering and generative AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems

Nice to haves

• Demonstrable experience with prompt design for large language models
• Understanding of programming concepts and ability to collaborate with developers
• Experience working on voice experiences and SSML
• Experience with chatbots or voice assistants
• Knowledge of linguistics or cognitive psychology
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

You will

• Design delightful conversational experiences: Build conversational flows using both traditional conversational design approaches and large language models for various use cases and platforms.
• Make design decisions based on real user data: Analyse conversation logs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate in a dynamic team: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer success to integrate conversational interfaces into our products, and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Bring creativity and curiosity: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in conversational AI and prompt engineering. We are big on experimenting with new approaches, leveraging the latest trends in AI to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Work from home or anywhere you like: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, managing your time and workload independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
• Engage and develop client relationships: Participate in client meetings to understand their business challenges, present AI-driven solutions, and ensure successful integration and implementation of AI tools.

By actively participating alongside the team, you will quickly adapt to our agile environment and start contributing meaningfully to our goals. Your work will be at the forefront of automation design and you will continue building on your skills.
