At HEOR, we are expanding the Value & Access team, and recruiting for experienced Consultants to join us. The Value & Access team collectively bring many years of experience in developing, planning and implementing market access strategy to secure reimbursement and access success. Our consultants enhance the solutions and partnership that we provide for our clients, by working collaboratively with our highly experienced technical teams to create long-term strategic relationships with our clients. We are seeking experienced consultants to join us in an environment that is set up to enable you and your team to be your best every day, supporting our clients in their goal to provide patients access to medicines.
The consultants will bring strategic and technical experience across a range of functional areas, provide high quality programme management and contribute to partnership building with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Project and programme management across a range of functions and client accounts to ensure technically accurate and strategically relevant client delivery
- Strategic consultancy input to programmes of work ensuring client requirements are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with and coaching our highly skilled technical experts to deliver high impact deliverable and engagements for our clients
- Proposal development and contributing to pitch meetings
- Account development and partnership building, identifying new opportunities and growing business with established clients
- Development of external presence via thought leadership and conference attendance (depending on level of experience)
- Line management and coaching responsibilities
Requirements
Given the broad remit of the role the candidate will not be required to be a technical expert in all areas of the business. The candidate may be an expert in one or more HEOR functional areas and have experience working across multiple areas of market access. The candidate will need to demonstrate an aptitude and desire to gain a broad understanding of all HEOR offerings given the requirement to support the business across all functional areas and provide strong programme management skills.
- Experience in one of more HEOR functional areas including health economics, data science, value communication, evidence synthesis
- Experience in managing and leading multi-disciplinary market access programmes of work
- Experience leading projects independently
- Proposal writing experience
- A passion for developing long term trusted partnerships with clients
- People management experience
