Our client, a global insurance firm, is currently undergoing a surge of growth in the compliance team. They have an exciting new vacancy for a Compliance Manager in the team, which will provide regulatory support to the business in a broad role including:

Providing regulatory advice on UK/ EU regulatory requirements
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments through horizon scanning
Updating and implementing policy and procedures
Liaison with the regulator
Building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and teams across the business
Governance and assurance, providing internal reporting for boards/ committees
Regulatory projects – SMCR, Consumer Duty etc

They are looking for experienced compliance professionals with an excellent understanding of the UK/ EU insurance industry and regulatory framework. The ability to be a self-starter and accountable is essential, as well as working collaboratively within the team. This candidate should also have strong communication skills to explain compliance and regulatory issues.

Salary is competitive + bonus/ benefits + hybrid working model
