Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Co-Founder CTO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI, machine learning, UI/UX design, and web development. This role will involve equity compensation and Co-Founder status upon acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership:Drive the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and educational standards.
  2. Development of MVP:Lead the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent iterations, ensuring high-quality and user-centric design.
  3. Innovation and Vision:Provide a clear technical vision and strategy for the companys products. Champion innovative solutions and approaches to solve complex educational challenges.
  4. Team Building and Management:Build, manage, and lead a technical team to support product development and innovation.
  5. AI and ML Integration:Develop and integrate advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to personalize and enhance the learning experience.
  6. UI/UX Design:Oversee the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
  7. Web Development:Lead the development of a robust and scalable web platform.
  8. Mentorship:Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  9. Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Technical Expertise:Strong background in AI, machine learning, UI/UX design, and web development.
  2. Programming Languages:Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
  3. Leadership:Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  4. Innovation:Ability to drive innovation and think creatively to solve complex problems.
  5. Entrepreneurial Spirit:Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to envision and execute on new ideas.
  6. Product Development:Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance.

Equity Stake and Compensation

  1. Equity Stake:Initial compensation will be in the form of equity.
  2. Future Compensation:Open to discussing additional compensation plans such as salary and other compensation methods.
