Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:Shape and execute the company’s vision, growth strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution across all business functions, including product development, marketing, and partnerships.
• Business Development:Build and maintain key partnerships with e-commerce platforms and brands, expanding our market presence.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations:Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and explore new financial opportunities.
• Team Building:Help build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team to drive growth and innovation.
• Product Growth:Work closely with the technical team to ensure the product is aligned with market needs and drives value for consumers and businesses alike.

Ideal Candidate:

• AI or E-Commerce Experience:A strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
• Leadership Experience:Proven experience in leading and scaling startups or businesses with a focus on operations, strategy, or business development.
• Growth Mindset: Passionate about scaling a startup, with a track record of driving business growth and navigating challenges in a competitive market.
• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to think strategically and find solutions to complex operational and business problems.
• Communication Skills:Excellent at building relationships, negotiating deals, and managing teams and stakeholders.
• Fundraising Experience: Comfortable leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relationships.
