Clinical Samples Team Lead Location: Cambridge Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hour week (Plus on-call availability requirement, 1 week out of every 4 weeks) About the Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PBMC Specialist to join a thriving CRO as Team Leader. This is an excellent progression opportunity for someone with around 2 years of experience in PBMC or blood cell processing to move into a more supervisory role. Key Responsibilities: Harvesting white blood cells from whole blood Processing clinical blood samples and isolating cells Performing cell culture and aseptic techniques Ensuring compliance with GLP and GCP standards Managing a team of 2 junior technicians (line management experience not essential, can be trained) Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday- Friday Out-of-hours On-call rota: 1 week in every 4 weeks, you would typically be called out twice a week (Additional salary incentive offered for this) Why Apply?
