We’re on the hunt for a visionaryChief Technology Officer (CTO)to steer our technological voyage. As our CTO, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Zing’s future, ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our fitness enthusiasts. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a rich background in developing scalable tech solutions and a knack for engineering processes. 

Responsibilities

Create a detailed technology roadmap that will align with out product goals and business objectives

Oversee the entire product development process, from initial idea to market launch, ensuring each stage is creative and effective

Keep up with the latest technologies to make Zing a leader in AI fitness tech

Build and lead a great team of 30+ engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence

Ensure projects are completed on time, efficiently, and can adapt to changing needs

Create a strong system for managing data to support decision-making and track performance

Make sure our systems are secure and meet global standards, protecting user data with the highest integrity

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role within B2C sector 

Extensive knowledge of technology systems, development methodologies, and best practices

Strong experience with AI and machine learning technologies

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead a technical team effectively

Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading through change

Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, adept at navigating the intersection of technology and business growth

Languages: English & Russian (fluent)
