We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our team in London!

Salary Range:£100.000 - £120.000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to drive our CRM product strategy, vision, and execution. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of product managers, business analysts, and designers to build a solution which will help our clients enhance player engagement, optimize customer interactions, and provide deep analytics and personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with both customer needs and the company’s business goals, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology trends.
  • Build and scale product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute the product vision.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, and ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure that products are launched on schedule and meet high-quality standards by guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering, data science and AI teams to develop features that leverage cutting-edge technology, such as AI personalization, machine learning models for player behaviour predictions, and data analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a proven record of driving successful product strategies and execution.
  • Proven track record in product management and strategy within the gambling industry.
  • Experience with CRM technologies, customer data platforms (CDP’s), and AI/ML integrations.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, automation technologies and AI/ML as applied to player interaction platforms.
  • Experience in using different product management techniques to drive product success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen ability to innovate and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs and market conditions.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
