200 customers worldwide.We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our team in London!Salary Range:

£100.000 - £120.000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.About the job:We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to drive our CRM product strategy, vision, and execution. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of product managers, business analysts, and designers to build a solution which will help our clients enhance player engagement, optimize customer interactions, and provide deep analytics and personalization.Key Responsibilities:Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with both customer needs and the company’s business goals, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology trends.Build and scale product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute the product vision.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, and ensure successful execution.Ensure that products are launched on schedule and meet high-quality standards by guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.Partner with engineering, data science and AI teams to develop features that leverage cutting-edge technology, such as AI personalization, machine learning models for player behaviour predictions, and data analytics tools.Requirements:10+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a proven record of driving successful product strategies and execution.Proven track record in product management and strategy within the gambling industry.Experience with CRM technologies, customer data platforms (CDP’s), and AI/ML integrations.Familiarity with data analytics, automation technologies and AI/ML as applied to player interaction platforms.Experience in using different product management techniques to drive product success.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.A strategic thinker with a keen ability to innovate and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs and market conditions.Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.What we offer:25 days of annual leave.5 days of sick leave.Access to learning resources (Udemy, LinkedIn, O’Reilly).At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
