YOUR ROLE

Capgemini is seeking aChatbot Developer_L3 Supportto join Capgemini Financial Services. This is a permanent, full-time position in I&D practice, and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their I&D Consulting career.

YOUR PROFILE

  • As an L3 Chatbot Support Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of clients' chatbot platform within the L3 support environment.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues providing technical expertise and contributing to the ongoing development of the chatbot technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the chatbot platform including integration points with other systems.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate troubleshooting support to L2 support teams and other stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of chatbot technologies natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the chatbot platform remains competitive.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to L2 support teams and other colleagues. Process Improvement:
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of chatbot support processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including development testing and operations.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Learning:

  • Actively seek out opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest chatbot technologies and best practices.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of chatbot technologies NLP and ML.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with specific chatbot platforms or frameworks (e.g. Dialogflow Rasa). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
  • Certification in chatbot technologies or related fields.
