This will be a senior technical positionin the business where you will be spearheading their AI initiative,setting best practices, driving strategies and AI governance acrossthe bank. Youll be liasing with stakeholders regularly and ensuringthat the engineering teams across the business are adhering to theAI governance that you will implement. The role would be perfectfor someone who loves innovation, is keen to dive straight in tothings and have a real impact with the work that youre doing. Youllbe constantly looking to push the boundaries and make sure thatyoure at the forefront of modern technology, bringing the bank withyou This is a permanent position with a salary on offer of up to£130k doe comprehensive benefits package. They would like you tocome to their London, Bristol or Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis(twice a week), this can be flexible and negotiable if required.Skills and experience needed: Experience in implementing AIinitiatives from the ground up Background working in regulatedand/or financial environments Adaptable and eager to work in atransforming business ML Libraries - PyTorch / TensorFlow Expertlevel understanding of AI / ML algorithms and data flows Passionfor AI and a constant up-to-date understanding of new features /products The role would be perfect for someone who loves takingtheir ideas into production, is committed to best practices andknows how to create comprehensive technical solutions that will bethe premise for the future growth of the bank.
