Position

As a Campaign Media Executive you will support and lead the operational delivery for direct mail and media campaigns for more2 clients, ensuring high standards and smooth project management.


Core responsibilities:

Media planning and execution:manage day-to-day media activities for assigned clients, becoming their primary point of contact for advice. Prepare and present media plans that align with overall marketing strategy, showcasing clear insights and actionable recommendations.Direct mail campaigns:oversee and project-manage campaign delivery, ensuring all direct mail is on schedule and meets high standards. Lead kick-off meetings with the Client Strategy team to clarify campaign objectives and write clear, best-practice briefs that capture client needs.Quality control:conduct rigorous QC on campaign briefs, selections, and output, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and expectations. Review data counts and validate accuracy for each campaign.Communication & coordination:liaise with internal teams and clients to secure all details before campaign launch. Foster effective working relationships with media owners and suppliers, negotiating beneficial terms that enhance campaign value for clients.Reporting & analysis:compile post-campaign reports with clear recommendations, analysing results to optimise future strategies. Confidently present campaign insights to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of media metrics and trends.Team collaboration:work closely within the media team to suggest new initiatives and improve processes, helping to elevate overall team performance. Proactively share knowledge and best practices with peers.


Requirements

Skills and requirements:

Media knowledge:strong understanding of media channels, core planning tools (e.g., billing sheets, Nielsen), and forecasting metrics (RR%, AOV, Contribution). Able to explain and recommend media channels confidently.Data management:knowledge of database structures and the ability to assess data counts for accuracy. Comfortable briefing mailing analysis and ensuring all campaign tests are robust and statistically sound.Organisation & detail-oriented:highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, ensuring all deadlines are met. Skilled in writing coherent and accurate briefs for various campaign types.Client-focused communication:excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to building trusted relationships with clients, team members, and media suppliers. Ability to present information confidently and accurately.Proactive & inquisitive:Demonstrates curiosity and passion for learning, with a commitment to professional and personal growth.


Measures of success:

100% delivery of briefs and selections on time and with accuracy. DevOps and status tracking are always up-to-date, ensuring smooth campaign progression. Positive client relationships, with feedback that recognises you as knowledgeable and reliable. Media plans and deliverables are executed accurately and within agreed timelines.
