This junior role is an exciting role within AudioStack with enormous growth potential. Your goal is work across the company and to help us scale our financials reporting, operations and people function. You'll have a say in designing and improving our processes along with the trust and autonomy to make those decisions. Working alongside our Chief of Staff and the founders of AudioStack, this is a great opportunity to make an impact at a business wide level!

About AudioStack

AudioStack is the world’s most powerful AI audio production infrastructure. If you are passionate about the Voice & Audio markets (think Podcasts, Spotify, Siri, Alexa, Music) and Artificial Intelligence - this is the job for you!

We are an Audio-As-A-Service, API-first Infrastructure company with the aim of democratising the way audio is produced globally. We use Artificial Intelligence and proprietary Audio Automation & Personalisation Technology to generate voices & audio at scale.

What you will be doing?

  • You think and act like a founder: You will get responsibility from day one for a variety of operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. You act as an in-house consultant and work directly with the leadership team to uncover needs, bottlenecks, and financial insights. All projects, including financial forecasting and reporting, will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to our mission of creating audio at scale.
  • Own our operations: You will be working in our operations department (finance, legal, HR, office) and make our office a place people love to work at. You will oversee our financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring the company’s financial health and growth. You continuously strive to improve the efficiency and quality of our operations by, for example, implementing new tools or automating tasks.
  • Enable team growth: This includes establishing the AudioStack brand to attract talent, defining staffing needs with the leadership team, and managing the candidate lifecycle from the first interview to onboarding. Throughout this, you reflect our mission and get people excited to join AudioStack, while also ensuring that financial planning aligns with our growth strategies.
  • Establish our company culture: You plan unforgettable team events to maintain the fantastic team spirit at AudioStack, own strategic initiatives to increase employee engagement and diversity, and run retrospectives to gather feedback on how we can continuously improve. Your efforts include ensuring that our financial practices support and enhance our company culture.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in building great businesses.
  • You have knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Personable, likeable and professional.
  • The ability to think outside of the box and come up with new processes.
  • Proficiency in professional English.
  • Spanish language skills (a plus, but not required).
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
