We have partnered with our retained Proptech client to bring these exciting new Business Development Executive role to our network. This is a perfect role for someone with a background in estate agency who has then furthered their sales career in a B2B environment in an “opening” role.

Our client – Business Development Executive:
This dynamic, high-growth Proptech company, leverages cutting-edge methodologies to revolutionise residential property valuation in the UK. Their precision approach combines statistical techniques and machine learning to provide unparalleled insights into over 20 million plus properties in England and Wales.

Role Overview – Business Development Executive:
Join this fast-paced team as a Business Development Executive, playing a pivotal role in their commercial success in 2024 and beyond. We are seeking an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in both Estate Agency and Proptech/tech/B2B environments. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, product positioning and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Executive:
• Identify prospects, set appointments and manage the customer onboarding process.
• Direct cold / warm calling, email outreach/campaigns, social media prospecting and networking
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through professional demos and objection handling.
• Book and complete 3 new business video meetings per week
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Report to the Sales Director with a clear understanding of KPIs, pipeline, and strategy.

Person Profile – Business Development Executive:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in Estate Agency (sales or lettings).
• Working experience in Proptech/tech sales or business development role.
• Ability to position a complex product set.
• Proven ability to generate new business.

Compensation & Benefits – Business Development Executive:
Basic Salary: £30,000
OTE: £60,000+
Work Arrangement: Fully remote within the UK
