Business Development Director - Real Estate

Our client is a leader in the data science sector, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth within the property and real estate market. This role offers the opportunity to work with AI data solutions that provide deep insights into UK property trends.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Director, you will demonstrate determination, ambition, and self-motivation, prioritising effectively in a quick-paced and high-growth environment. You will bring relevant market experience as a high-performing individual contributor, using your extensive sector knowledge to offer credible and detailed propositions to senior decision-makers. Your role will involve engaging and informing investors, developers, consultants, and sales professionals within the real estate sector. Additionally, you will identify and secure new clients and revenue streams, leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge. Collaboration with in-house advisor's and data teams will be essential to ensure successful project deliveries and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for customer acquisition, identifying and prospecting high-value clients within target markets to expand the customer base and grow the pipeline significantly. Regular meetings with potential clients will be conducted to showcase capabilities and advance the sales process. You will develop and deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicating the value of data solutions. Leading responses to requests for proposals, you will ensure high-quality submissions that meet deadlines. Achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas will be a key target.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek candidates with experience in the real estate sector, particularly in development, Build-to-Rent (BTR) or investment. Demonstrable success in selling directly to property and real estate clients, preferably data solutions or services, is essential. The ability to build relationships and effectively engage with senior stakeholders is crucial for the success of this role.
