Position Description

As a Business Analyst within our growing AIOps team, you will bridge technology and business, ensuring observability, automation, and AI-driven insights are harnessed at scale. You will engage stakeholders, drive roadmaps, and enable integration across complex tooling ecosystems to deliver solutions that empower proactive incident response and smarter decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Engage & Translate: Lead workshops, elicit requirements, and translate technical needs into clear deliverables.
  • Drive & Deliver: Manage backlogs, dependencies, and project artefacts using Azure DevOps.
  • Analyse & Align: Map tooling usage, identify integration opportunities, and define KPIs.
  • Innovate & Improve: Support AI/ML‑driven use cases such as anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
  • Govern & Enable: Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Build strong relationships across service lines, platform teams, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Business Analysis experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (backlogs, dashboards, Agile collaboration)
  • Knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
  • Demonstrable Project Management Skills with Agile Delivery
  • Familiarity with AIOps concepts such as event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)
  • Understanding of cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with machine learning or analytics projects
  • Project management or business analysis certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, CBAP)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
