As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive B2B Head of Sales with strong track record in Research / Consulting business development.
Your job will be to build the account management team and help us grow client base and increase the average deal size.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, onboarding and management of internal team and external sales channels
- Update CRM with complete client communication history.
- Conduct client meetings and prepare commercial proposals with analysts.
- New clients engagement and retaining current clientele.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales in Research / Consulting and 3 years in management of sales teams.
- Persistence and independence.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Language: English (excellent), Spanish/ French / German will be an advantage.
