Inthe Role

We are looking for aB2B Account Executiveto drive salesof ourupskilling and employee assessmentsolutionsin Europe the U.S. and otherEnglishspeaking markets. This is a full cycle sales role (ColdOutreach Signing & Onboarding New Accounts) will be basedin Europe (CET or GMT1) and work remotely with the B2B spread outacross Europe LATAM and other markets.

Whatyou will do:

  • Prospect and generateleads through cold outreach inbound inquiries andnetworking.
  • Create know like and trustrelationships with your prospects.
  • Qualifyleads and understand customer pain points identifying how ourupskilling and assessment products meet their specific businessneeds.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of oursolutions emphasizing how they solve customer problems fromemployee development to assessments for current staff or during thehiring process.
  • Negotiate and close deals tomeet monthly quarterly and annual salestargets.
  • Collaborate closely with the productand marketing teams to ensure customer needs are aligned withproduct features.
  • Manage the sales pipelineusing CRM tools ensuring accurate forecasting and regular reportingof sales performance.
  • Follow up with existingclients to ensure satisfaction explore upsell opportunities andsecure contractrenewals.

Requirements:

  • Native ornearnative English proficiency is required (C1 Level).
  • Based in Europe with the ability to workacross multiple time zones including the U.S.
  • 3years of experience in B2B sales within the corporate sector.Experience in EdTech HRTech or SaaS is anadvantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets closing deals and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Exceptional communication andnegotiation skills to engage and influence decisionmakers (HRL&D/T&D managers CIOs CDTOs CTOs and other seniorexecutives).
  • Goaloriented with a strong focuson closing deals and achieving measurable salesKPIs.
  • Existing network of contacts in relevantindustries is a plus.
  • Selfdriven and proactivewith the ability to work independently and manage the full salescycle.
