Associate/Internship - Senior Managing Director's Office

We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to work closely with our Senior Managing Director & Co-Founder. Key responsibilities include: -Research emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential applications in banking. -Collaborate with startups and external partners to explore and integrate innovative AI solutions. -Work closely with senior management to align AI initiatives with the bank’s strategic goals. -Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions across various banking functions. -Identify opportunities for process optimization, risk management, and enhanced customer experience using AI technologies. Skills: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, and automation. - Ability to translate AI research into real-world banking solutions. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with startups and senior management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Hard working - Willing, proactive, and motivated Short description: - The successful candidate will be proactive and ready for a new venture. - The role involves researching the latest AI trends, engaging with startups, and working closely with senior management to drive AI-driven projects across the bank, fostering innovation and improving operational efficiency. - This role will enable you to build on skills in life such as management and working with people from various levels of seniority Benefits & Perks: Equity.
