Job Details Why this job is important As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play an important role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of Kantar Profiles and its customers (B2C and B2B). Your contributions will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products, delivering value to our business and end-users. What you’ll be doing Assisting in coding, testing, and debugging software applications and systems. Developing and maintaining software features and components based on project requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and implement solutions. Participating in code reviews and learning from feedback. Documenting code and development processes for future reference. The skills & experience needed as an Associate Software Developer Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript). Understanding of software development principles and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Agile, Scrum). Experience with database design and optimisation. Understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship or assist with relocation support for this role.
