LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence,where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LMEnvision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimizealert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprisegrowth and transformation. As we enter the next phase of growth, weare in search of an EMEA Associate Partner Manager. This role,within Channel Sales at LogicMonitor, is to help build additionalroutes to market through channel partners and complementary vendorpartners. This is a brand new role within our organization whereyou will be directly responsible for helping to build our channelecosystem. You will be able to directly impact EMEA's revenue as wegrow and scale. You will be responsible for all aspects ofpartnership including business development with the partners,partner marketing activities (in conjunction with our marketingteam), and supporting the LogicMonitor sales team during the salescycle. Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role: -Develop a business plan for each partner to boost deal registrationsubmissions. - Drive campaigns with partners aligned toLogicMonitor's go-to-market priorities. - Be confident presentingLogicMonitor to partners. - Actively network and call into thoseidentified partners to drive channel-originated pipeline velocityand deal progression to closure. - Build and maintain a pipeline ofbusiness through partnership channels in order to exceed revenuequotas. - Engage with key contacts at each partner and partnershipmanagers, enable partner salespeople to competently deliver theLogicMonitor pitch, manage their pipeline, and lead developmentactivities. Help build relationships between partner salespeopleand the LM Sales team where appropriate. - Address any concerns andqueries the partner might have as soon and as thoroughly aspossible. The goal is to keep the partner satisfied with thepartnership. What You'll Need: - Ideally a minimum of 3+ outboundpipeline generation activities. - Minimum of 2+ years of channelexperience (preferred). - Proven track record of consistentover-achievement in a sales/channel role in the software industry.- You must have an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude. - Able toarticulate technology and product positioning to both business andtechnical users. - Able to establish and maintain strongrelationships with multiple stakeholders. - Creativity inproblem-solving is key - finding new ways to make an impression andmaintain existing relationships.
