As we continue to grow and expand, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to lead the SmartPro division.

This is a pivotal leadership role that offers the chance to shape strategy, drive revenue, and excel the SmartPro divisions success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute divisional strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead and inspire a team of Talent Specialists, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Oversee client relationships, ensuring tailored recruitment solutions and satisfaction.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and market share.
• Manage operational processes, financial performance, and P&L accountability.
• Monitor team KPIs, providing coaching and performance management as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience within permanent recruitment within a specified vertical.
• A strong track record of exceeding financial and operational targets.
• Expertise in market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, the ability to manage and drive team performance
• A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results.
