Job Description

The Consultant, Workforce Transformation will specialize in digitization, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Change Management while engaging with clients across various industries. The consultant will drive impactful change and enable successful implementation of Workforce Transformation projects within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with project teams to assess client needs and develop tailored workforce transformation strategies integrating Digitisation/AI solutions and change management principles. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for workforce tech implementation, process optimization, and organizational restructuring to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops to equip client stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to embrace AI technologies and navigate change effectively. Assist in the execution of change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.  Provide ongoing support and guidance to client teams throughout the implementation process, offering expertise in areas such as AI best practices and change management methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in advancing AI technology within the workforce, sharing insights and recommendations with both clients and internal teams to drive continuous learning and improvement.
 

Qualifications

Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in consulting, project management, or workforce development is a plus.
