In this position, you will define and execute the AI strategy, prioritizing use cases aligned with business goals, such as predictive analytics for financial forecasting and automated decision-support systems. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve features like anomaly detection, intelligent invoicing, and real-time expense optimization. You will integrate AI into the core platform using frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, ensuring scalability for web and mobile applications.


Collaboration with developers, testers, and mobile engineers is key to embedding AI insights and building a unified ecosystem. You will promote best practices in AI development, governance, ethics, and integration, shaping our innovation roadmap. Additionally, you will optimize algorithms with tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker), including data analysis, model training, and validation. You will address issues in model accuracy, bias, and integration, complying with data privacy regulations while supporting growth.
