Role Overview

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Enhanced Full-Stack Code Innovator), you will design, develop, and maintain production-ready applications, websites, and platforms using AI-powered development tools. This role blends technical depth, user-centric thinking, and AI-assisted engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences. The focus is on using AI to optimize the development process, not on building AI into the platform itself.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and prioritize application roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Requirement Analysis: Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and workflows using AI-assisted tools
• AI-Powered Development: Write, debug, and maintain full-stack production-ready code using AI-driven development environments (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
• Prompt-Driven Coding: Craft effective prompts for AI tools (including Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) to generate and refine code snippets, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Full-Stack Implementation: Develop front-end (React, Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Express) components using AI tools for faster prototyping and deployment
• Automated Testing: Build and execute test scripts within AI-powered environments to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
• Continuous Optimization: Monitor platform performance, collect user feedback, and use AI tools to refactor and enhance UX and scalability
• Collaboration: Bridge technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment throughout the development lifecycle
• Best Practices: Follow Agile/Scrum workflows, manage codebases using Git, and apply clean code and DevOps standards

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience delivering full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar
• 2+ years working with AI-powered development tools
• Proven end-to-end product development experience
• Hands-on with automated testing and debugging in AI-driven environments
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in full-stack development: React, Node.js, Express
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel)
• Strong command of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with automated testing in AI-integrated dev environments
• Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Trello), Git version control
• Experience using Windsurf, Claude, and Microsoft MCP platform for AI-assisted development and enterprise deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Agile/Scrum or DevOps practices
• Experience with collaborative AI-powered coding platforms
• Familiarity with data visualization (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js) for analytics
• Knowledge of performance tuning for web and mobile platforms
