🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and deployLLM-based applicationsthat are fast, scalable, and production-ready.

  • Design and maintainretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)and agentic systems that power real-world use cases.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with the latest in AI research and tooling—and bring those ideas to production.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI systems: from model evaluation and testing to deployment and monitoring.
  • Champion best practices inCI/CD, testing, and observabilityfor AI systems.
  • Translate complex business needs into elegant, AI-driven solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
  • Deep proficiency inPythonand experience building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience withLLMs,ML lifecycle tools(like MLflow, Weights & Biases), andcloud deployment.
  • A strong grasp ofmachine learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with frameworks likeLangChain,LlamaIndex, orHugging Faceis a big plus.
  • A creative, curious mindset and a passion for solving hard problems with elegant code.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
