AI Engineer – Legal – London/Glasgow Hybrid - £90K


Are you an experienced AI Engineer with experience training and deploying language models?


Have you developed LLMs and GenAI applications for the legal sector?


Who are we?

We’re helping a global law firm grow their tech team with the addition of an AI team, this includes 2 AI Engineers, who will be working on developing AI-driven legal solutions.


We are looking for AI Engineers to harness the power of LLMs building GenAI applications for use cases such as, clause extraction, document review, contract drafting, summarisation, and redaction.


Who are you?

You’ll have built NLP (BERT based) models from scratch, including training the models and deploying. In addition to this you will have experience developing LLM applications using some of the more recent LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen and Mistral models, developed RAG pipelines and architecture, orchestrated workflows using LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex etc.


This role is ideal for someone with….

  • 2 years of experience developing and deploying BERT based NLP models
  • Experience deploying AI models on cloud (Azure preferred)
  • 1 years’ experience in applying NLP/LLM to legal documents
  • 1 year experience in developing LLM applications (META, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI etc)
  • Experience with the Azure stack (AI Foundry, Copilot Studio etc) would be beneficial
  • Any experience of Agentic AI or Multi Agent Framework would be a bonus
