Technical Consultant - Conversational AI | Bristol (Remote) | £50,000-£70,000


Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing specialist consultancy based in Bristol. They are revolutionising customer interactions through cutting-edge technology.


We are now looking for a talented Technical Consultant, who specialises in Conversational AI. In this role you will be focusing on AI Agents, Digital, and Voice playing an important role in driving transformation projects.


You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and optimising conversational AI systems
  • Integrating emotional intelligence into AI agents
  • Analyse data from AI platforms to map ROI


We are looking for experience in the following areas:

  • Strong background in conversational design, chatbots, AI Agents etc.
  • Proficiency in testing and developing API integrations
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in a Consulting environment
  • Bonus points for knowledge of generative AI technologies
