I am working with a leading personal lines insurerseeking a Senior Pricing Analyst within their Home insurance team.The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing andexecuting models and analyses that form the foundation of marketpricing. This role requires a strong grasp of statistical modelingmethods, along with expertise in advanced machine learningtechniques. Largely remote working with 1/2 days in the Londonoffice per month. Responsibilities: - Contribute to the planningand execution of risk model updates, continuously improving dataquality and processes. - Collaborate with teams and stakeholders tounderstand their requirements, data needs, and desired modelingoutcomes. - Engage with data from sourcing through to modeling andimplementation in rating. - Analyse data, interpret outputs, andeffectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.Requirements: - Strong knowledge of statistical modelingtechniques, especially Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) -Familiarity with machine learning methods, particularly GradientBoosting Models (GBMs) - Demonstrated experience working with largedatasets - Proficient in Python, SQL, SAS, or similar programminglanguages - Experience with Willis Towers Watson software,including Radar and Emblem
