Senior HPC Engineer This position would be joining aleading start-up company at the forefront of LLMs & AI Safety,working on Machine Learning & HPC Engineering. This company arededicated to engineering cutting-edge AI systems poised torevolutionize industries worldwide. As an HPC Engineer, you willplay a crucial role in developing a robust framework for rapidtraining and experimentation of large language models onmulti-GPUs. You will develop the core inference engine toseamlessly deploy large machine learning models to customers atscale and across distributed systems, contributing significantly tothe automated pipeline, optimizing for high throughput trainingruns and rapid experimentation while achieving top hardwareefficiency. Qualifications: We are seeking candidates withexceptional ML engineering evidenced by: - Experience in creatingand managing high-performance computing clusters across GPU/TPU,preferably in PyTorch. - Proficiency in efficient serving of largemachine learning models at scale, including quantization anddistributed computing, leveraging libraries such as deepspeed. -Strong software engineering acumen with expertise in softwaredesign/architecture, particularly in Python. - Any cloud experienceworking with AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus. - Understanding of thelatest AI research and ability to efficiently implement thesesystems. - Prior experience at a leading machine learning company(OpenAI, DeepMind, Meta, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.).
