As an EMEA TradeCompliance Specialist/IPR Coordinator (m/f/), you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some ofthe most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, youwill make an impact by: - Coordinating, overseeing, and executingthe Trade Compliance program, Inward Processing Relief (IPR)program for KCI Manufacturing Unlimited Company, Ireland and othersimilar Trade Compliance programs, activities, and responsibilitiesin EMEA managed by the EMEA Trade Compliance Control Tower. -Leading, optimizing, managing and coordination of the IPR programaccording to current customs law and regulatory requirements. Thisincludes also common customs audits. - Local contact requiring goodcommunication skills both written and oral with internal andexternal customers including customs authorities. - Functionalresponsibilities include, but not limited to e.g. BrokerManagement, Export Control, Customs Management, duty management& AEO certification. - Reporting to EMEA Trade ComplianceControl Tower Lead and being part of the Global Trade Complianceteam whereby you will support Trade Compliance colleagues in EMEA!- Reporting dotted line to KCI Trade Compliance Organization forKCI IPR, Ireland. - Collaborates with EMEA & Global TradeCompliance colleagues to execute the TC strategy and program tominimize the risk for the cooperation, enhance service andoptimizes costs savings. - Drive improvement in compliance andbusiness efficiency performance. Define, maintain, and communicatekey compliance and efficiency performance indicators (KPIs) as wellas SOP’s, ICP and training material. - Assist EMEA Trade Compliancecontrol tower lead to assess country compliance and capabilities.Identify gaps and propose solutions to address gaps. Highlight andrecognize best practices and develop strategies to expand theiruse. - Drive improvement through process optimization and projectmanagement. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success inthis role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the followingqualifications: - For IPR Ireland: In depth experience working inImport-Export Compliance and specifically in filing IPR submissionsto Irish Tax & Revenue or other EU-countries with a minimum of2-3 years. - Bachelor´s degree or higher (completed and verifiedprior to start) - In depth Trade Compliance (three years)experience in a private, government or military environment. -Knowledge of regional trade regulations in various EMEA countries.Interested to keep learning and growing responsibilities.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even furtherin this role include: - Ability to work in large, complex,multination organizations. - ERP Oracle experience - SAP GTSexperience - Experience with complex principal business models& supply chains! - Hands on person experienced with processesand communication. - Good analytical and communication skills. -Excellent skills in Excel, Business Objects, and other software fordata analysis - Self-organized; able to work quickly and accuratelywith minimum supervision. - Able to work under strict deadlines.Work Type: Hybrid Work location (3 Options): 1.)
