Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic AI Leadership:Lead the formulation and execution of AI strategies to address complex challenges in Markets Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Drive Scalable AI Solutions:Oversee the design and development of robust, scalable, and reusable machine learning models and systems that deliver measurable business impact.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering and business teams to integrate AI services seamlessly into strategic systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
  4. Performance Evaluation and Optimization:Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and drive continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.
  5. Business Insight and Innovation:Deepen your understanding of the Markets business to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and deliver practical, impactful solutions.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI practitioners, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  7. Production-Grade Solutions:Ensure the creation and maintenance of production-grade code for analysis and training pipelines, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Required Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills

  1. Masters or higher qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related highly quantitative field.
  2. Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing AI or data science teams.
  3. Deep understanding of fundamental machine learning approaches and practical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design.
  4. Proven track record of developing and deploying data science and ML capabilities in production at scale.
  5. Strong experience with Python programming and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy) and MLOps platforms (e.g., SageMaker).
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multi-disciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. PhD in Machine Learning, Computing Science, or related fields.
  2. Experience in using AI and machine learning for software engineering.
  3. Strong client partnership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  4. Proven ability to deliver impactful books of work that drive business success.
