We offer a range of hybrid and flexible workingarrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options forthis particular role. /n Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 (Commensuratewith skills and experience) /n/n/n What you’ll be doing: /nResponsible for delivering tasks in a timely, consistent andprofessional manner by: – /n /n - Establishing and delivering theengineering activities aligned with the businesses DigitalEngineering transformation, using systems integration & systemsengineering techniques whilst engaging with Engineering teams andsubject matter experts as appropriate. The team operates across all Air products (goods andservices) providing product safety, product environmentalsustainability and product security engineering resource to allprogrammes across the business. In addition, the team delivers theindependent assurance activities associated with airworthiness,product safety, product environmental sustainability and productsecurity in a collaborative and supportive environment. Thisspecific role will be within the Initial Airworthiness domain,working in the following areas: /n /n - Development of the future6th generation fighter engaging with DE&S and the MAA to ensurethat airworthiness and product integrity in a digital environmentis delivered safely and securely, with appropriate considerationson the impact on the environment. /n - Exploitation oftechnological advancements in areas such as autonomy, artificialintelligence and the continued use of product integrity datalinking into the digital engineering environment. /n - Engagingwith international working groups in the development oflegislation, regulation and standards associated with digitalcertification, autonomy, AI, and product safety. /n /n Why BAESystems? /n This is a place where you’ll be able to make a realdifference.
