AI/DL Researcher (London, Amsterdam)

Job Description:

We seek a passionate and skilled Deep Learning Researcher to join the prominent prop-trading house with offices in London and Amsterdam. Researcher will contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of AI and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as an key contributor conducting high-level research to advance the HFT business of the firm. The firm team isfull of former Math & Informatics Olympiad prize-winners, ICPC winners, and Kaggle grandmasters.

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, or any other stem degree from a prominent university (or expected to complete this year).
• Strong foundation in machine learning and mathematical statistics. Math Olympiads would be an advantage.
• Practical experience and a deep understanding of modern DL architectures, especially transformers and their variants.
• Proficient programming skills (any language, with Python preferred).
• Published research in top-tier journals and conferences – ICLR, ICML, etc.
• Hands-on experience conducting high-quality research
• Experience analyzing large, unstructured, and noisy datasets

Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related quantitative fields
• Develop and experiment with modern deep-learning architectures
• Analyze large, unstructured, and noisy datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Collaborate with leading research labs and academic institutions to foster innovation and knowledge exchange
