Job Summary:We seek an experienced AI Solutions Sales Executive with expertise in selling subscription-based managed services. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven ability to forge strong, lasting relationships with clients in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries. The successful candidate will demonstrate a consultative sales approach and a commitment to long-term client success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Sales Efforts: Target and secure new business by selling AI managed services on a subscription basis, focusing on the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Build Relationships:Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, R&D heads, and operational leaders.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Evaluate client needs and tailor AI managed service subscriptions that address specific business challenges and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Subscription Growth:Expand our subscription customer base by identifying new opportunities and markets within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Client Retention and Expansion: Achieve high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional ongoing support and the continuous enhancement of our service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure our services align with client needs and to gather insights that drive service improvements.
  • Reporting: Manage sales pipelines, track subscription renewals, upsells, and customer engagements to meet or exceed targets.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, specifically with a background in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions, and significant experience in selling managed services on a subscription model.
  • Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors and the unique challenges these industries face.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with a high degree of client trust and loyalty.
  • Technical and Business Acumen: Strong grasp of AI technologies and the ability to articulate their benefits in meeting business objectives.
  • Track Record: Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, with a history of successfully growing a customer base for subscription services.
