Mirroring excellence of Conversational AI Assistants with over 90% of accuracy, they are enabling businesses to make an impact in the new reality.With recent advancements, there has never been a more exciting time to join the industry and hence due to continued growth, ICS.AI is now seeking to recruit an AI Modeller to work within the AI Modelling Team to work within their AI Technical Team.You will be responsible for the development of natural language AI solutions with future opportunities in image and speech training. You will be expected to engage with customers businesses, understand them, use your experience with software development tools and possess the technical abilities to train in natural language modelling and generative AI for digital assistant chatbot based solutions.AI Modeller , the role:Data Modelling - analysing, mapping, and modelling customer domain data into effective AI structuresModel Development - creating, modifying, and fine-tuning AI modelsModel Testing - conducting rigorous testing to ensure models meet performance benchmarks and client requirementsCollaboration - working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into broader AI solutionsTroubleshooting - identifying and resolving issues with model performance and deploymentAutomation - enhancing modelling processes through automation and scripting where applicableAI Modeller , the person:Degree in Computer Science/Data SciencePreferred at least 1 year with a technical or analysis-based roleDemonstrable experience with system testing/reporting/design tools and MS OfficeSome scripting/programming experience would be advantageousAbility to think like the end-userWilling and able to learn and master new authoring tools, methodologies and processesA strong understanding of AI modelling techniques, particularly in Natural Language ProcessingExperience in building, training, and deploying AI models using platforms like Microsoft AzureThe ability to optimise models for performance, accuracy, and scalabilityAttention to detail and quality-drivenExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI modelsOutstanding communication, organisational and analysis skillsAI Modeller , the benefits:Competitive Salary25 days Annual Leave plus Bank HolidaysPrivate medical cover (Vitality)£100 p/m work from home allowanceFlexible and remote working optionsEnhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution)Quarterly company eventsPure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with ICS.AI Ltd in providing Recruitment support.
