TheRole:
We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Lead to join ourgrowing AI team. As an AI Lead you will play a key role indesigning developing and deploying innovative AI solutions thatdrive business value. You will work closely with crossfunctionalteams to identify opportunities for AI application and translatethem into tangibleresults.

Responsibilities:

• Designand develop innovative AI solutions using cuttingedge technologiesincluding machine learning deep learning and natural languageprocessing.
  

• Leadand execute complex AI projects from problem definition andarchitecture design to model training deployment andevaluation.
  
• Build and maintain robustand scalable AI infrastructure to support productiongradeapplications.
  
• Implement bestpractices for data management model development and testing toensure highquality and reliablesolutions.
  
• Monitor and evaluate AImodels for performance accuracy andbias.
  
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams (e.g. data scientists product managersengineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems andworkflows.
  
• Stay current with thelatest advancements in AI research anddevelopment.
  
• Mentor and guide juniorAI engineers anddevelopers.
  
• Communicate complextechnical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical andnontechnicalaudiences.

Requirements:

• Bacheloror Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial IntelligenceElectrical Engineering or a relatedfield.
  
• 6 years of experience as an AIEngineer or a related role.
  
• Proventrack record of designing developing and deploying successful AIsolutions.
  
• Strong expertise inmachine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g. supervisedlearning unsupervised learning deeplearning).
  
• Experience with deeplearning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlowPyTorch).
  
• Excellent programmingskills in Python and other relevant languages (e.g. JavaC).
  
• Experience with cloud computingplatforms (e.g. AWS AzureGCP).
  
• Strong understanding of datamanagement data analysis and statisticalmethods.
  
• Excellent communicationcollaboration and problemsolvingskills.
  
• Passion for AI and itspotential to solve realworldproblems.
