My client is seeking a talented AI Engineer (Applications Developer) to join their dynamic and growing AI team.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, is a creative problem solver, and is committed to developing high-quality AI solutions. You will be responsible for developing new and maintaining existing AI applications, leveraging your expertise to drive operational and commercial outcomes.Responsibilities*Support, run, and iterate existing AI applications.*Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new AI applications scalable across multiple business use cases.*Trial and test solutions with end users to optimize and iterate.*Research and analyze data sets using various statistical and machine learning techniques.Track and understand the evolving AI landscape.Candidate SpecificationWe are looking for a highly professional, well-rounded individual with strong problem-solving skills, engineering ability, strategic acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background followed by an impressive career.RequirementsExperience building solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of the generative AI landscape.*Strong Python development experience, including writing production-quality code.*Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS).*Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning theory fundamentals.*2+ years of relevant, post-university work experience.*An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Computer Science, or equivalent relevant industry experience.*Previous professional services experience is beneficial.*Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively at all levels.*Comfort and skill in working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives.Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to work both collaboratively and independently.Desirable Skills/KnowledgeExperience developing cloud applications on Microsoft Azure.*Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, git, etc.).*Secure development expertise.If you are passionate about AI and enjoy solving complex problems and are looking to join an innovative team that is at the forefront of AI technology, working on projects that make a significant impact then please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you would be a great fit for this roleTPBN1_UKTJ
