We are expanding our AI Platform and Research Team and are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join this innovative unit. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying opportunities for AI to add value and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python web services deployed on Kubernetes, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) from various external providers, and deploying them internally.
• Build robust and scalable APIs on top of these services, and develop core data assets to be used across the company.
• Deploy open-source models for internal use.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Educate other engineers in AI techniques, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Contribute to high-profile, cross-company projects with significant business impact.

Essential Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience managing business-critical web services in production.
• Experience working with LLMs.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge and experience in deploying services on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and principles.
• Experience delivering AI-driven solutions to non-technical users.
• Knowledge of the finance domain (e.g., trading processes, asset classes) is an advantage.
