As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in the introduction and further development of our AI-based solutions. Your tasks will include strategic planning, market analysis, and adapting our technological applications to meet specific market requirements.

Your tasks

• Programming and implementing AI applications to automate and optimize processes and products.
• Analyzing large datasets and conducting data preparation to optimize models.
• Performing model validation and performance analysis as well as continuously improving algorithms.
• Supporting in conceptual design and requirements analysis.
• Close collaboration with other developers and departments.

Your profile

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in developing AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages used in the AI field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS Lex and other AWS tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with initiative and a structured approach to work.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
