This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression. Place of work is Bangor, this is a Permanent role with 45 working hours per week. Salary £37,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, 33 days holidays. Candidates at higher salary will be considered. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Aftersales Department, ensuring alignment with Franchise Operating Procedures. Lead and mentor the team, fostering continuous improvement in performance and refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement the business plan, coordinating the team to achieve key objectives. Monitor and communicate management information to drive performance improvements within the Aftersales Department. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer care by managing all aspects of the 'Customer Experience'. Cultivate effective communication across the business to ensure alignment and transparency. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping them to grow and achieve their full potential. The Ideal Candidate: 2 years+ experience in senior role within Aftersales Experience in After-sales service is required Technical competence (NVQ or ATA or HFC or similar) Full valid driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
