Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in customer journey analytics. Their cutting-edge technology leverages AI and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to optimize customer acquisition, upsell strategies, and retention. Their solution provides a centralized and exhaustive view of online and offline touchpoints (CRM data, product data, TV, radio, in-store, call centers, etc.), allowing marketing and communication teams to make data-driven decisions.


With a strong presence in France and an established client portfolio including major brands across e-commerce, retail, luxury, finance, insurance, and travel, they have recently secured a €6M funding round to fuel their expansion into the UK and US markets.


To accelerate their UK market penetration, they are looking for an experienced senior Account Executive UK to lead, structure, and scale operations in the region.


JOB DESCRIPTION

As senior Account Executive UK, you will be responsible for structuring and executing the go-to-market strategy while ensuring a strong sales performance.


Growth Strategy & Business Development

  • Define and implement the growth strategy for the UK market, working closely with the Head of Sales.
  • Develop the sales approach and pipeline to generate consistent revenue.
  • Handle and optimize long sales cycles (5 months on average).

Sales & Market Expansion

  • Sell, sell, sell – your primary mission will be to generate revenue.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals with Enterprise clients (marketing budget of £1M+).
  • Attend key industry events to generate leads and develop brand awareness.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, and key marketing decision-makers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize long-term retention strategies.
  • Align closely with Customer Success & Data Science teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.


PACKAGE

  • Up to £70/80K fixed + performance-based variable (total package up to £150K OTE).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Stock options available.
  • Hybrid location flexibility – based in France or the UK, with regular trips to Paris (2 days every 2 weeks).


PROFILE & KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales (MarTech/AdTech preferred).
  • 5+ years in a Sales or Business Development role, ideally in a startup/scaleup environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital acquisition & marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Enterprise clients and high-value sales cycles (from £50K ARR).
  • Fluent/native English speaker (UK market experience is a must).
  • Ability to operate in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • A hunter mentality with a strategic mindset – able to balance execution with long-term planning.
