Key Responsibilities: Holistic DataAnalysis: Dive deep into digital media channel data, providing acomprehensive view of the companys accountant-focused mediaregularly. ROI Measurement: Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI)of online advertising campaigns and uncover the influence of "Abovethe Line" media in driving leads to our Sales Team. PerformanceInsights: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team todeliver insightful recommendations for optimizing media spend anddriving high-quality leads. KPI Reporting: Report on marketing andSales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering a nuancedunderstanding of performance by campaign and audience type.Attribution Modeling: Explore and implement digital attributionmodels, ensuring accurate, data-driven attribution to our digitalchannels. Dashboard Creation: Build intuitive dashboards to enablea comprehensive understanding of cross-channel demand generationeffectiveness, recommending actionable improvements. Lead PipelineStreamlining: Work closely with the Sales Operations team andglobal partners to streamline our lead pipeline and establish arobust lead scoring model. Lead Lifecycle Optimisation: Collaboratewith the Sales Team to comprehend drivers behind lead quality andoptimise the lead lifecycle management for improved conversionrates. Data Integration: Assist in integrating various lead datasources and seamlessly stitching them together across our databasesystems. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in SQL, and Tableauor Python Hands-on experience in marketing analysis, lead scoring,attribution modeling, or similar quantitative insights forenhancing marketing performance. Strong understanding of diversemarketing channels, including SEM strategies, PPC, Digital Mediacampaigns, OOH, and in-person events, as well as the ad techecosystem. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with theability to build partnerships and influence effectively. Proficientin connecting multiple data sources to unveil meaningful insightsand patterns.
