You will be a full member of the team andcontribute to projects with real-world impact that can enhance yourCV.What could you be doing as an Intern in our team?Typicalprojects could be: ● Leveraging, chaining and fine-tuningcommercially available ML tools to add smart features to digitaleducational products ● Developing easy-to-follow educationalmaterial (such as Jupyter notebooks, Dockerfiles, install guides,etc.) based on Arm and partner platforms such as AWS and RaspberryPi ● Using industry standard processes such as unit tests,regression tests and documentation generation ● Collaborating withtechnical staff in higher education on validating and testingsource code for portability across various platforms ● Developingsoftware tools for automation and working with internal andexternal partners to guarantee accurate, legal standardsWe arelooking for individuals who:We are pragmatic about your exactbackground – the key things are enthusiasm, a willingness to beflexible and have a go, and enough technical skills and experienceto be credible. That means practically, you will be studyingtowards a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering,Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or some other relevant STEMfield where computing is important. You will have some experiencewith procedural programming languages such as C, or OOP languagessuch as PythonC++.Qualities that will help your applicationstand out:You might also have some personal interests such asrobotics, computer architecture, embedded system design, system onchip design, machine learning or Arm hardware such as firmware formicrocontroller development boards, programming FPGAs. Other usefulthings would be: ● A general understanding of operating systems,including embedded Linux ● Experience with version control systemssuch as Git, software testing frameworks, and documentation ●Experience with deep learning, data engineering or promptengineering ● Experience with tutoring, teaching, and demonstratingconcepts to learners ● Experience with content editingpublishingAdditional Information:Arm Internships require you to beenrolled in a higher education degree and be returning to yourcourse after your internshipplacement. If you are graduating in2025, you will not be eligible for an Intern role, but you will beeligible for our graduate roles.
