You will be crucial indesigning, implementing, and maintaining robust reportingframeworks to enable data-driven decision-making across theorganization. In this role, you’ll partner with various teams todeliver insights, enhance operational efficiency, and driveperformance improvements. Responsibilities: - Develop and overseethe management information (MI) strategy, ensuring it aligns withbusiness objectives and supports financial reporting and analysis.- Design, implement, and maintain reporting systems and dashboards,enabling real-time access to key metrics and insights across thebusiness. - Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance,Operations, Product) to identify and provide solutions for data andreporting needs, including ad hoc analysis for strategicinitiatives. - Lead the team responsible for data extraction,transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracyand consistency across all reports. - Analyze data trends toprovide insights and recommendations that support decision-makingand improve overall business performance. - Manage relationshipswith key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on MI mattersand proactively identifying opportunities for reportingenhancements. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulationsand maintain data governance standards within the MI function.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science,Business Analytics, or a related field - At least 5+ years ofexperience in a management information or business intelligencerole, ideally within financial services or payments processing. -Strong understanding of MI tools and software, such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or other relevant platforms. - Advanced analyticalskills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionableinsights for a non-technical audience. - Excellent leadership andteam management abilities, with experience in guiding anddeveloping high-performing teams. - Familiarity with datagovernance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
