Full Stack Software Engineer

New York (preferred) | Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta or Fort Washington | $225,000 base + 20% bonus

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing AI and Innovation team building a predictive analytics platform that supports major investment and real estate decisions. You'll have significant ownership, influence technical direction, and help bring AI-powered products into production at scale.

They are a large-scale owner and operator of logistics and industrial real estate across the United States. With substantial assets under management and a nationwide footprint, they are investing heavily in technology, data, and AI to modernise decision-making across the business.

Their Innovation team operates like a start-up within a larger organisation, combining software engineering, data science, and applied AI expertise to develop products with measurable commercial impact.

The Role

  • Build and own core platform capabilities, including application infrastructure, APIs, and shared services.
  • Develop full stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript.
  • Surface machine learning and predictive analytics insights through intuitive user interfaces.
  • Integrate AI and LLM-powered workflows into production environments.
  • Make key architectural and technical decisions that will shape the future of the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Applied AI Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable software solutions.
  • Contribute to code quality, deployment pipelines, testing practices, and engineering standards.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience building full stack software products.
  • Excellent Python development skills and experience designing scalable APIs.
  • Front-end expertise with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience working in product-focused or 0-to-1 environments.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or LLM-enabled applications.
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term architectural considerations.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience within technology, fintech, financial services, real estate technology, or other data-intensive environments is advantageous.
