Build What's Next

We're working with an ambitious technology business that's creating the next generation of AI-powered enterprise products.

Rather than maintaining existing platforms, you'll join a newly formed innovation team focused on building entirely new products from the ground up. Working in a small, high-performing engineering squad, you'll help transform ideas into production-ready software using modern engineering practices, AI-assisted development and cloud-native technologies.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building greenfield applications and working at the intersection of AI, product development and enterprise software.

The Role

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for taking product ideas from initial concept through to proof of concept, MVP and production.

Working across the full stack, you'll design and build modern web applications, collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to create exceptional user experiences, and integrate complex enterprise systems. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Designers and AI Engineers to deliver intelligent products that solve real customer problems.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll influence architecture, shape technical direction and use AI to accelerate software development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, architect and build greenfield products from concept through to production.

Develop prototypes, proof of concepts and MVPs to validate new product ideas.

Build intuitive, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

Partner closely with UX/UI Designers to translate user journeys, wireframes and prototypes into polished, user-centric applications.

Contribute to product discovery, user experience discussions and interface improvements.

Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript.

Design secure integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.

Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Implement authentication and identity solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect and modern security standards.

Work directly with customers during pilot implementations and technical discovery sessions.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve engineering quality.

Produce technical designs, architecture documentation and implementation plans.

Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Champion engineering best practices, testing, code quality and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll be an experienced Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working in fast-paced environments where innovation, experimentation and product thinking are encouraged.

You'll ideally have:

7+ years' commercial software engineering experience.

Strong experience building products from scratch.

Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript and Node.js.

Experience collaborating with UX/UI Designers and implementing pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

A strong appreciation of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, with the ability to build intuitive, accessible and engaging products.

Experience designing scalable APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.

Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and distributed systems.

Experience implementing secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) or similar technologies.

Commercial experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor.

Excellent software architecture and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership.

What Is an AI Forward Deployed Engineer? The Fastest-Growing Job in AI for 2026

If you have been watching AI job boards over the past year, one title keeps surfacing again and again: the forward deployed engineer, or FDE. It has gone from a niche term known mainly to Palantir alumni to arguably the hottest role in the entire AI hiring market. Job postings for forward deployed engineers have exploded, salaries have climbed past levels most software engineers will ever see, and the biggest names in AI — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Salesforce, Databricks and Palantir — are all competing for the same small pool of talent. So what exactly is an AI forward deployed engineer, why has demand surged so dramatically, and how do you position yourself to land one of these roles? This guide breaks it all down for AI engineers, software engineers and data scientists looking at their next move.
