We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of anatomy, and the ability to administer medications safely and effectively.Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. * Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, documenting any changes accurately. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations. * Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.Experience * A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body. * Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses. * Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to patient care. * Demonstrated ability in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. * A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on empathy and support during challenging times.Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals where your skills will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients!INDHJob Type: Full-timePay: £24-36 per hourBenefits: * FlexitimeSchedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Overtime * Weekend availability * Weekends onlyExperience: * Nursing: 2 years UK experience requiredWork Location: In person
